I paid my basic membership fee 59$ and send my ID on 11/11/21, but Copart still has not activated my account, they said will take 2 days for activation but they keep rolling my case from person to person for over a week now, I asked them why? they said my email “gmail.com” maybe be blocked and it's in review.
I am upset about the service, once a customer pay, no one care after. I want this to be resolved ASAP and start counting my membership from the day my account is activated or refund my money back.
