I bought a vehicle from Copart Mebane, NC, they lost the title and I had to wait almost 3 months to receive it. No body cared about this (no even an apology) and all they kept saying was that they had to orden a copy of the title and that there was nothing they could do about it (with the most absolute lack of interest). On top of that the car was broken, proved that they did it while moving the vehicle, but they did not seem to care about this either. I had the worst experience with Copart. After so much back and forth they agreed to reimburse for the repair cost. We agreed that they would reimburse this amount to my bank account, but they did not do it as agreed and instead they added the credit to my Copart account (I do not want to make more business with them). When I called back, the manager (the person I had been in contact for the last 3 months about this matter), said that he couldn’t cancel this credit and mail a check and at this point, there was nothing he could do to help me. I felt like nobody cared about my situation during the whole time and getting a response was a hustle. This make me wonder, if they deposited 100k in my account, by mistake, there is nothing they could do about it?
Stay away from Copart. The worst experience. Horrible customer service, specially Copart Mebane, NC.
