Copart auctions are without a dout the most professional organization has ever done business with. One of the experiences I had was with the office managers in Tanner Alabama her name was Makyla after my third call she answered the phone I told her my situation I had bought a pontoon boat without a trailer and I needed the measurements in order to know what trailer to bring in order to pick it up. Even though they are not required to provide the service someone out to get the measurements so I could make sure I took the right trailer. She did this joyfully with a good attitude, and it was much appreciated. This is my first experience, buying online auctions 76 years old. Trust me I need all the help I can get. Good attitude and customer service in most industries are a thing of the past is so refreshing to do business with the company willing to help you and not try to make you feel incompetent.Makylla you get 5 stars in my book.
