I just wanted to thank CoPart for assisting me in this hard time of losing my vehicle. My car was total loss they picked my car up quick. The process was held up due to my insurance not responding to correct paperwork. And there was an Angel Eleanor C. with title express lien department who went above and beyond to help me get the insurance to respond she also was able to reach out to my lender t finally get the payoff amounts after a few failed attempts to get pay off. This sped up the process and without her help I wouldn’t have gotten it done. Although I am stressed and still in the process at end Eleanor was a light to me. CoPart process was easy and they certainly did their job effectively and efficiently! Also Candace L. With titling who noticed I was in distress at the beginning and helped me understand the process and gave me kind words of encouragement.
