They delivered my car in a way that broke the under engine cover. I spent weeks trying to show them PROOF - pictures of the car when it arrived on their lot and pictures of the car of how they delivered it. They refused accountability. AND the car was missing a sensor in the front. Had proof that was intact when they received the car as well. They take long times to get back to you, route your calls all over the place, and their customer service has rude men who straight up refuse to do their job. In fact I caught his statements that he wasn't supposed to say I guess, and he tried to gas light me into thinking he never said that. All this AFTER - they took WEEKS to deliver the car to me.
