Very unsatisfied with COSTCO. Customer service and delivery have been a complete nightmare. I have been a member for years and have never been treated so poorly. I ordered a expensive sectional and the delivery was never made. I WAS HOME ALL DAY! No one ever knocked on my door. Customer service did nothing to help fix it after spending 2 hours on hold. They scheduled me ANOTHER week out to get my delivery, and made excuses to why they couldnt deliver earlier. One week later, if it werent for the good tracking link sent through the texting service, I wouldn't have witnessed through my doors peep hole the delivery guy, take a picture of my door and then walk away. THEY NEVER EVEN KNOCKED! I luckily was able to run after them before they drove away and demand to unload my couch. The delivery guys brought up furniture to my apartment that wasnt even a couch. I had to walk down to their truck and point to the boxes sitting in the truck. I shouldn't have to BABYSIT Costco workers. AWFUL!!!!
