“I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Saurabh, a tire technician at the Surrey, BC Costco Tire Centre.
After discovering a flat tire and learning that the Richmond store didn’t have the replacement in stock, I was redirected to the Surrey location—without an appointment. When I arrived, Saurabh greeted me with kindness and professionalism. I explained that I had an appointment in Richmond but not in Surrey, and he immediately spoke with his manager to see how he could help.
Understanding the safety risks of driving back to Richmond on a flat tire, Saurabh went out of his way to get me the help I needed. He inspected all my tires, confirmed that the others were still in excellent condition (about 90%), and recommended replacing just the damaged one—saving me time and money with his honest and thoughtful assessment.
His professionalism, compassion, and quick action made a stressful situation much easier to handle. People like Saurabh truly make a difference, and I’m very grateful for the outstanding service I received.

Who On March 16, I placed an order with Costco.com for a brand new Dell computer.
on March 19. I received a used computer showing a service tag number on the box showing it went under remote repairs from September to December 2024
Costco is claiming that the computer was mailed to me from Dell and Dell was responsible for this while Dell is claiming Costco‘s responsible for this
I was informed by Costco that I would be receiving a return label which I still will not receive but i did receive an email indicating that the process to return is taking longer than usual

Costco seems to have lost its way, prioritizing profits over customer convenience. The increased membership fees, the TSA-like check-in at the door, and the long checkout lines make shopping there more of a hassle than a benefit. Unlike Sam’s Club, which trusts its customers and allows seamless mobile payments for a quick in-and-out experience, Costco forces unnecessary steps that slow everything down. Every visit feels like a chore. While they may offer quality products, but their rising prices on products, membership costs, and overall inconvenience make me question if it’s truly worth it. Shopping should be easy and fun—Costco, unfortunately, no longer delivers on that.”
“Not so happy. This is the first Costco review I have ever done. Abot two weeks ago I purchased the Teton grassfed beef hot dogs, $4 off the discount book. Great deal, it comes as 3pks. I never bought these before. Opened one of the 3 and grilled in frying pan 2 of them. I cannot express how disappointed I was, they were as TOUGH as an old pair of shoes. I then cooked the rest of the same bunch, sliced in a soup, thinking it would soften..but it did not change the toughness of the sausage. I had to chew each piece for 10 minutes. This is the Last time I get these for sure. Sticking to Kiebalsa or hot dogs.”

“My complaint is with your Citi card program. Wanted to use Costco's HVAC program to replace my system and get all the rebates I could. With a price is $23K, my Citi card limit wouldn't be enough. Asked for an increase and was only given an extra $1k with a credit rating of 850 and no outstanding debt. Then told I'd have to wait 6 months for another increase which, is decided by a machine and not a person. So, I can't use my Citi card and get all the rebates. What a disappointment. The 2% back lost is enough to go elsewhere. Maybe a different card company would be better.”

“Dear Costco Management Team and Christopher,
I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to Christopher for his exceptional assistance during a health issue I experienced in December of last year while visiting Costco in Elk Grove, CA. I suddenly developed faintness, shortness of breath, and other concerning symptoms, and Christopher immediately took charge of the situation. He called for an ambulance, stayed with me, and provided comforting support during what was an incredibly stressful time for me and my children.
Christopher was respectful, attentive, and showed great sensitivity. Along with a few other Costco employees, he quickly blocked the aisle to respect my privacy, and he was compassionate in his questioning while on the phone with 911.
What stood out the most was his genuine compassion and caring demeanor. Not only did he take the necessary actions to ensure my safety, but he also made sure I felt reassured and cared for throughout the entire ordeal.
Christopher went above and beyond, and I am incredibly grateful for his help. He is a true example of compassion and professionalism, and I’ll always remember his kindness during that difficult experience at Costco. Thank you, Christopher—you are an asset to Costco!
