We ordered a pretty expensive massage chair from Costco, Delivery was Scheduled for 6/18, we received an email and text message that it will arrive, but unfortunately it never came. We called Costco the same day and day after spend 3 hours each day, but nobody could track our shipment. They rescheduled for 6/24, no emails, no texts, no delivery. Money btw were charged completely. Another 4 hours on the phone no resolution, nobody knows where is the order. Nobody called us from Costco on any day, we have to do it ourselves. They rescheduled for 6/29 now. Will see. No Trust. We will not buy anything what require delivery from Costco anymore.
