Costco delivery service was supposed to deliver a gas range but they came in a semi-truck which could not fit into my driveway. The driver said the stove would be redelivered in a smaller truck. Heard nothing from anyone for over a week. Called Costco twice and asked for a refund. Was lied to the first time they told me they had processed a refund. The second time I was put on hold for over an hour and a half to speak with a supervisor. It's obvious to me that this company could not care less about it's customers. Horrible experience! First and last time I will ever order from them!!!
