I ordered Desitin for my daughter on a Tuesday and according to the site it would ship and be here the next day. However, that didn’t happen. It didn’t come the next two days. On that Friday my package arrived and it was hair growth supplement for men. Not even what I ordered. When I talked to customer service the best they can do is get it here the following Tuesday. I did get an apology for an employee putting the wrong label on the box. That’s the explanation of how this could happen. No apology for needing the product and not getting it or being able to get it overnight or hey here’s what we can do for you next time. Customer Service and satisfaction seems to be overrated at Costco(at least online). Last order for me. Have a good day and go spend your money where it’s appreciated.
