costco.com is a complete failure at providing goods and services. I have given this company so many chances only to be disappointed at least 9 out of 10 times. The customer service is absolutely horrendous and they blame all of their many shortcomings on a “third-party” as though the customer should care. Don’t rely on this company to deliver any of your items. They are a chronic failure. I really don’t know how they remain in business other than to use the name of the warehouse for the sake of promoting their utterly useless online store. Their customer service managers are akin to failed telemarketers, though that is an insult to failed telemarketers
