I purchased an LG 85”TV three years ago from Costco in Kirkland, Washington, at the time they offered me an extended warranty for $100 and I paid it. 2/1 Years later the TV died. I live in the US, but I use my international Costco card to purchase it. I called Costco up and for three weeks they’ve been giving me the runaround. They tell me I have to go through Allstate, Allstate says they will only cover the warranty if it’s a US Costco card even though I’m a US resident. Five people at Costco said they would escalate it and call me back and not a single person ever did. Costco scamming people with the warranties.
