Mycharge is a product sold by Costco that was recalled . I did what they said since my unit was recalled and they are stalling and finding excuses to not replace the product . Stay away from this product , Costco should stop selling items where the MFG plays a game that they’ll replace it then you try to get it replace and get the run around . I’m considering getting rid of my Costco membership since they are part of this .
