The worst experience when it comes to management. I applied for a membership one week ago at Surrey BC King George avenue and the lady told me the printer was out of order. They took my photo and asked me to download the app. I downloaded the app and it took me through a lengthy process of verification through Interac asking me to login into my bank account. Trusting this huge business I followed the prompts and it said the account is verified. Then when I opened the app it said not verified. I went three times but the bunch of women at the customer service failed to resolve. They asked me to delete the account and app. I did, and they gave me another membership number. Instead of solving the issue, the women kept giving me lectures on becoming a VIP member. 1 went through the whole process of identification and verification again and it still did not work. This multimillion business has not even replaced a f
