I want to begin my review by stating that I'm very happy to have Costco in Tomball,Texas. The grand opening was great and exciting 😀 My only regret and complaint is the fewer numbers of electric scooters available for genuine customers with membership to Costco. It's a shame and it doesn't meet ADA requirements 😔 I waited for an hour or more for a scooter in the morning. Came back in the afternoon with my family on the same day, and waited for an hour again. There were other customers waiting as well, both morning and afternoon. The disabled customers have membership as well, we pay the same price and we have physical needs and deserve to be treated fairly. This is not the only Costco with limited scooters. I've experienced the same problem at other Costcos. Please not disregard or ignore my plea. Please provide more electric scooters for the disabled customers.
