Yes you offer services and then you are not willing to fulfill the commitment of the purchases , I purchased 2 washers and 2 dryers my laundry room was under construction at the time of delivery but started to call back 2 weeks prior to the 30 days for installation, Can’t ever communicate with anyone, they will keep me on hold for 22, 27, 32 18, minutes at a time or the phone will be disconnected before I ever get to an agent, finally got to someone and sent the information, the agent was an absolute asshole all he said to me was that Costco had a policy, which I explained to him, how many times I called and the email that was sent to me , and I still haven’t heard back from anyone to see if they will be able to install my appliances. So I had to pay some to come and install one of the units and it is not working and the dryer doesn’t event turn on. I have been a member for years and I am so disappointed at this service and poor customer services representation of Costco. On top of everything the washer and dryer do not work. The dryer doesn’t even turn on the washer. Sounds like it’s going to explode. We are expending $88 dollars a week. Going to the laundromat to do my family laundry, because of this unresolved situation. I still haven heard back from any one at Costco,
