I recently purchased a phone from Costco with AT&T, and unfortunately, it was stolen right in front of my house. We reported the incident to the police and provided all the necessary information. However, AT&T has been giving us the runaround when it comes to getting a refund. I chose to shop at Costco because of their reputation, but I am disappointed with the lack of action taken by AT&T to prevent these thefts. It is frustrating to be misled in trying to get my deposit back. If you are considering purchasing a phone from AT&T at Costco, I would advise against it as there seems to be a risk of not receiving the phone at all.
