I work customer service at one of your competitors, I was interested in possibly purchasing a membership for myself. Not only will I not be purchasing a membership, my brother will be canceling his. The attitude and rude treatment we received was unacceptable! Never, would any of my employees ever treat paying customers the way Cotco treated us! I really pray this company gets it together or I pray they end up oing out of business. I am sharing my experience with everyone I know!
