First of all, NEVER had a negative experience at Costco in 20+ years! 7/18/25 (also 5 Star) - Jerek Customer Service Member Renewal Maplewood, MN. He told previous customer how happy he was working at Costco C.S. for 11 years. I overheard conversation and when my turn for Membership Renewal asked him why he liked working at Costco. So impressed with his story and honesty. He shared prev. experience working at Sam's C.S. and compared to Costco C.S., and I shared my nightmares (endless) with Sam's Stores AND C.S. Just wish you guys would give us a store near Lino Lakes, Blaine, Forest Lake Area...Have been anxiously waiting for years!
