Turned away at the front door due to being 15 minutes early and only allowing EXECUTIVE members from 9-10 am. Considering you have to pay a membership fee annually, you should be able to shop whenever you want too. Absolutely ridiculous and not good for business. This could turn people away resulting in them shopping elsewhere.
