We had a very disappointing experience at the downtown Costco customer service.
We were in line for about 30 minutes to request a price match for two items. The staff member who helped us, Vicky, was extremely rude , aggressive and unprofessional in her attitude. I strongly believe she would benefit from additional training on how to properly communicate with and treat customers.
