Costco’s delivery and installation service was a complete disaster. Calling it an 'installation service' is flat-out deceptive—they're just delivery guys with zero training or knowledge of the products. It felt more like a careless drop-off than any kind of professional setup. The customer service was equally awful—rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had buying an appliance. I strongly urge others to avoid purchasing appliances from Costco. Spend a little more at Lowe’s or Home Depot—you’ll save yourself a lot of frustration.
