I genuinely love the items and the value they represent. However, they sometimes have recurring issues that off-put the visitor from enjoying their experience and membership.
The most distressing pain point is their lack of consistent customer service. It's not just me, there are too many stories of rude, dismissive, or unhelpful staff at the service desk. Professionalism is wanting. Hopefully corporate can provide the right incentives to lessen these problems throughout their locations.
