I recently ran into an issue buying tires at Costco in Independence, MO 64057. I originally that I needed to buy a 17" tire but was told by a tire tech my make/model takes a 18" tire but it would be the same price. I was contacted an hour later saying my vehicle actually had 20" tires on it and they didn't have them is stock. I was told the 20" tire was actually an option that was on the car when we bought new. Again, I thought the vehicle was equipped with 17" and was surprised when I was told it was 18" by Costco. Long story, (Dan - Asst, Store Mgr,) at Costco advised me they were ordering my new tires and they would replaced them at "no additional" costs because of the confusion and mis-understanding. I can't explain the satisfied level of service I received from Dan!! I have been a membership holder for over ten years, and once again Costco provides the best products, and services than their competiton. I will remain a loyal Costco membership holder.
