I ordered and received my microwave. My HUGE complaint is that my receipt and the Costco confirmation email I received both indicated that I would receive installation and removal of my appliance. I have proof of this occurrence and I called customer service. Customer service gave me an apology. Well an apology doesn't fix the fact that I ordered from Costco because they said they would install my new appliance and remove my old appliance. I would have ordered from Lowes or Home Depot if I would have known this would happen. I would love to send my receipt and email I received but customer service can't receive emails and I can't upload photos onto there feedback form.
