Wow, sure wish I would have read these reviews first. However, super happy I used Paypal. Ordered a huge tassle custom rug Oct 2, and USPS says they got the pallet it "was" on but it wasnt on it. Only listed on the paperwork and appears to be the case from the get go. The emails were not customer focused. And not helpful.
