I found the perfect bag with Cotswold Hipster but my luck it was out of stock. I emailed Mark as i had previously read great comments about their customer service and they were not wrong! Minutes later he had emailed me telling me he might have one left in the warehouse which he did. It was shipped out a few days later and he even held off sending it out so it would come when i was home. Never had service like it - well done Mark and love my new bag.
