First. all the google review are fake. I returned a $900 dress the same day I received it in its original condition since it did not meet my expectations. When I check on my return shipping track that they had received the parcel back, I started asking for my refund, but they were told me for around almost 4 weeks !! that the dress was under "inspection" and have to wait for my refund. When I claimed that it was legally a time for my refund to be processed because more than 14 days had passed, they offered me a 50 % refund just in a credit store gift card. Of course, I was shocked and my answer was absolutely no! Immediately I contacted my bank to stop this fraudulent on line purchase. But since Culture candy claimed that I supposedly "signed in consent" (which I never saw on my purchase receipt and is not there!), that they were going to steal half of my money for no reason the bank told me that they didn't want to return the money an that I have to file a small claim court. I am taking legal action now because this is a well-organized scam!!. You will never get your money back for any refund! My recommendation is to AVOID buying from this place at all costs. And if anyone here wants to join a lawsuit, I will gladly provide my contact information. This is illegal and constitutes a large-scale coordinated fraud. Stealing money for good faith customers.
