I had purchased a dress and had to return because the color was not good for my skin tone. I paid the restock fee and ordered another dress with my credit that was on sale (2 choices of color were given). I received an e-mail saying my order was processed. After not receiving a tracking e-mail I called only to be told that the dress is no longer available! So if a place a dress in a cart and receive an e-mail stating order was processed, what happened to my dress? When I went back on-line I saw that the same dress is now available in the other color that had been offered only at full price. So why not honor it by offering me the color that is available? And what kind of false advertisement is that? Very poor customer service especially when it was Couture's fault.
