Horrendous . Still waiting for items ordered in October. Told they were in stock but guessing they were in stock in another country . Worried as the firm keeps having ongoing sales so things are not going to get better. Paid quite a charge for delivery too. What is the company doing having so many low price sales when they cannot deliver their current orders. Several emails to firm and Customer services now have a prewritten response to calls and emails re delays. No other company that I have bought from in the last year has faced such delays and I doubt the problem is with delivery in the UK ..it is probably more about waiting for stock to come in from overseas. It was never really ‘in stock’ as the average customer would think of it. Thought this brand had a good reputation but not any more. Will wait for my current orders to arrive ( if they ever do) then never using again. Doubt this firm will survive on the basis of how their business is run currently. I am all for cutting businesses some slack during COVID and post BREXIT times but this has the whiff of deliberately taking money off people without a really firm plan to deliver.
