Zero stars for this shocking company. Avoid Cox and Cox at all cost. It’s been over 6 weeks now that I have been waiting to receive my refund for a returned item and postage fee. Sent the item back due to the quality of the item being so poor and the overall finish was terrible. I have to message them everyday chasing the matter up and still no refund. Please stay away from this shocking company and their lack of customer service and care.

Still waiting for 2 bedside drawers ordered on 1.12.24. Still no sign of them arriving here in Cornwall and it is now 7.2.25. No response to last email chaser when issue of refund for non-delivery raised. Appalling. Unless my order arrives intact in the next 7 days, I will never order anything from this company again.

Awful service. Ordered 6th Jan and have called three times chasing up order. They promise to get back to you and never do. Happy to take the payment though!

Terrible 😢 poor quality products shipped from overseas, trading on reputation of previous company but taken over by Giomani designs . Appalling customer service, refusing to issue refund for substandard goods, making fake claims and faking positive reviews on trustpiot

We bought five olive green planters. At a cost of around £400 in May. When we’ve brought them into the shed for winter we noticed all the paint was coming off. The planters now look tatty. Really disappointed in the quality and not only that the resolution Cox & Cox offered. £10 refund or £30 credit note. Poor quality, poor customer service. Will stay well clear of using this company again.

I returned a rug on 3 December with proof of delivery . No refund made no response from any form of communication. Now going to resort to legal route. DEFINITELY DO NOT BUY FROM COX & Cox. Not the company it used to be. December 2024

Incomplete order delivered - I ordered 3 packs of 4 items and 3 single items were delivered. Phoned straight away and told additional items would be sent out immediately. 4 weeks later - still no sign. Not answering my emails/ phone service says no one available and online chat unresponsive! Very poor service

SCAMMERS DO NOT ORDER!! Now owned by scammers who will not refund and are breaching consumer rights. You will get no response on the phone and they will just try to offer credit instead of refunds. If you do not accept credit, they will just ignore you and keep your money!

Placed an order end of November and it’s not Christmas week and have still not received it. Have only received automatic replies via email and no phone line to speak with anyone. Shall be returning everything

I would concur with others that C&C are terrible on all fronts and we will never deal with them again. We purchased a clock that, upon arrival, had both hands hanging loose from the mechanism. A week after reporting it we had heard nothing from C&C and after 5 attempts finally managed to speak to someone on the phone. They said they would send the return procedure for faulty items. When this arrived, it stated we would have to pay £10 for the item to be collected, when on their website it states that faulty items can be returned at no cost. They also wanted photos and videos or a clock that wasn't working. In the end we decided to try and fix it ourselves and avoid the inevitable back and forth and cost of returning the item...given what we read of others' experiences. Oh, and we also found the exact same item available from other online retailers for less than half the price on C&C. Those prices were appropriate to the quality of the item that we purchased. It is just a slick website with cheap tat. NEVER buy from C&C.

The products, so far as I am able to judge on what I've purchased, are of good quality, and for the quality, reasonably priced. The end-to-end purchase experience is awful. They cannot seem to enable a basic website transaction, and the customer service team's responsiveness and ownership is mixed at best. Some of the individuals to whom you speak are genuinely engaged in trying to find solutions to problems - problems which any retailer with a competent order fulfilment engine wouldn't create in the first place! - but other agents show little interest in doing more than maintaining basic civility. Sorry to say would not order from them again.

Do not shop here. Items will not get delivered. You will spend weeks calling emailing social media. And you will get nowhere. These clowns went bust and got taken over by crooks. Read the reviews. They are all true.

Paid for next day delivery. Finally arrived six days later. Three times I reported this to them. No response at all. Not even a reply, let alone an apology or explanation. Terrible customer service and, essentially, theft.

DO NOT shop with Cox and Cox - the customer service is non-existent -absolutely appalling. I have never experienced anything quite like the lack of customer service / help - I have repeatedly requested a refund for an item which was not delivered and continue to be ignored! Absolutely disgusting! Safe to say, I will never buy anything from this Company again. What went right!!

Avoid Cox & Cox at All Costs Ordered a sofa at the beginning of September for over £2,000, and the experience has been appalling from start to finish. • Product Information: I requested detailed dimensions before purchasing to ensure the sofa would fit. Cox & Cox failed to provide this information, citing either lack of communication with manufacturing or sheer laziness. • Delivery Delays: Promised a 4-6 week delivery timeline, which stretched to over 10 weeks. Throughout, I received little to no proactive communication. I had to chase repeatedly, only to be met with conflicting updates. • Delivery Failure: After waiting for months, the delivery was canceled on the day because they decided the sofa wouldn’t fit. No one at Cox & Cox bothered to inform me of this decision. To make matters worse, after the delivery failure, Cox & Cox tried to push credit notes on me instead of processing the refund I was entitled to. Communication continued to be slow, with long delays between responses and excessive hold times when calling (up to 10 minutes just to get through). I’ve now been assured that a refund has been processed, but after months of frustration, I will believe it when I see it. Cox & Cox’s incompetence, lack of transparency, and disregard for customer experience are staggering. Could not recommend them less. Avoid this company at all costs.

Order turned up was in bad condition and looked really tacky Returned weeks ago and have postage proof but still no refund and so hard to talk to anyone Use to be fab last time used got a beautiful chair don’t know what’s going on now

Abysmal customer service! I'm not sure if Jenna is a bot, or perhaps just very poorly trained, but she seems to have a couple of email templates which she sends out on repeat which bear no relevance to your queries. No notification of delayed dispatch. Incorrect delivery information given and when they do eventually send you a tracking number, you have to guess the courier! Unless you have the time to sit and wait for deliveries which never turn up, I really wouldn't bother.

Not fit for purpose. XL Rattan faux stag described as suitable for outside, it is very light and flimsy and would just fall over the whole time outside. It is false advertising I had to pay £15 for delivery and £15 for collection which they did not refund.
