I wish I had read the reviews here first -ordered 2 oak bar stools (£250 each so not cheap) . Had a text from courier when I was in to say they had failed to deliver - emailed customer services -Connor - who sent me a photo of the house -which wasn’t my house - another trail of emails I eventually receive 1 stool -damaged - in a box with a hole which someone had tried to repair with masking tape . Appalling packaging for a solid oak stool no wonder it was smashed . Further emails to ask and the other stool I’m told is missing in transit . So nearly a month after ordering I have 1 damaged stool . Worse service ever and we order slot online -go somewhere -anywhere else !!
