Not sure Cox and Cox deserve any stars if I’m honest but given zero isn’t an option, then the one star can be for the last customer service agent I spoke with who finally did something they said they’d do and gave me a refund.
Communication is severely lacking in a company that looks very impressive from their website and catalogues. No answers to emails and wrong answers given when calling their telephone number.
I’m amazed that no one from the company is monitoring any of these reviews as many say the same thing. This isn’t about Covid or problems with transporting goods that have been purchased, it’s about a company that needs a really good look at the way it communicates to its customers, both via email and phone. A customer should be made aware of a delay to their order, they have a right to know, particularly if they have already been charged.
Perhaps the CEO can take a leaf out of the company he used to work for and model Cox and Cox on that, as Boden, in my experience, have always been excellent with their customer service.
Such a shame Cox and Cox as your products look great.
