I ordered my Crossnet on May 21, 2023. I received an 2 emails on May 25th. One was mistakenly sent to me. It had the wrong information about my order. The second on apologized for the previous email and it also stated that my order would ship out that week. On May 30th I sent Crossnet an email inquiring about the status of my Crossnet. I wrote, “Is this the only way to have communication? Do you have a number to speak with a live person? I am extremely concerned about my purchase. I have my son’s graduation on Saturday and I still have not received my Crossnet.” Crossnet apologized for the delay in my shipment and stated they had just received the container with all the back orders. They stated that my order should ship within 1-2 business days. On June 8th, I still had not received my shipment so I emailed Crossnet once again. I wrote, “ On May 30th, I received an email stating my order was to ship in 1-2 business day. It is now June 6th and I still have not received my Crossnet. What is the status of my order? I would like to get a refund. It is taking too long. Thank you.” Crossnet responded via email. It said, “ Dear Kristin,
Thank you for reaching out. We apologize for the delay in processing your order. We understand your frustration, and we're working hard to fulfill all pending orders as quickly as possible.
We are pleased to inform you that the container with the delayed shipment has finally arrived, and we are currently processing all pending orders, including yours. You can expect to receive the shipping details and tracking information on Friday. Our logistics team is working diligently to ensure a smooth delivery process.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

On June 13th I received an email that my Order is being shipped.
Finally, on June 19th I received 2 emails. One stating my order is out for delivery and the other one stating my order was delivered.
On June 20th I emailed Crossnet asking to return my order.
On June 23rd Crossnet emailed me to ask why I wanted to return it.
On June 27th I emailed back stating, “I would like to return my Crossnet because it took to long for it to arrive to my home. I ordered it on May 21st 2023. I did not receive the item until June 19, 2023. I inquired a few times about my order throughout the process. On June 7th I emailed you wanting a refund. I had to purchase another Crossnet at Dick’s in order to have it on time for my son’s graduation on June 10th. Please send me information so I may return the Crossnet.

On June 29th Crossnet emailed stating, “ Hi Kristin,
Thanks for your recent order from CrossNet and sorry to see that you’d like to return your order. Per our terms of service and return policy, we’d be more than happy to accept your return if the following conditions are met:
Returns accepted for 30 days
Customer provides return shipping
No restocking fee
No final sale items
If the above terms are met please process a shipment to the below address and provide tracking information to info@crossnetgame.com.
All orders will be refunded within 7 business days of orders being checked in.

I am extremely disappointed with Crossnet’s customer service and the quality of the Crossnet volleyball that came in the package that I purchased from Dick’s. It was very frustrating not being able to communicate live with a customer service representative. I should have not been lied to about the shipping status. Also, when I first inquired about canceling my order, it should have been granted. Now after all this, I have to pay shipping to return the order. Needless to say, you can say I am not a happy customer.
