Need a full refund, box has not even been opened.
It took 6 weeks to deliver when I initially ordered it was supposed to take a week. I ordered 5/13 was not delivered until 6/19, My sons graduation party came and went which is what this was purchased for.
On may 25th you sent an email stating it would ship in a week. That did not happen either.
How do I return and process full refund?
