I am leaving a review about Crossnet customer service. I cannot review the product as it remains unopened in the box in our garage. Upon ordering, there was no communication that the product was out of stock or would take several weeks to deliver. After multiple tries to get ahold of someone, we finally got an email back that the shipping containers were stuck at the dock. There was no ETA given, nor any offer to get a discount or remove the shipping costs. Instead the product just shipped over a month after it was ordered and after all our summer parties had already passed.
