I order thousands of dollars of merch online every year. The Crossnet website and customer service claimed I only order shipping protection the first time. My card was only charged for that so that is okay. However, they sent me a link that was supposed to be for the Crossnet Bases full set (bases, net, everything...) I paid for it. Then they shipped me only the base conversion kit. I contacted them again. They said that is what I paid for. I do not trust ordering anything else from them. So now I'm stuck with a bases set and a waste of my non-profit's budget money. Maybe I'll win the $200 for doing a review so they can just send me the Crossnet set to go with my currently useless set of bases. Very disappointing!
