We have tried since August to get our crossnet. The set we received is missing parts. We still do not have what we bought. DON'T BUY from cross net direct. Customer service is slow. They have no phone numbers and still no resolution. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. And sad thing is the product is amazing if they would only deliver. Buy local.
