This review is long overdue. I ordered Crossnet H2O as a family Christmas gift in 2022. Our family and friends loved this game playing it for hours on end during the 2023 pool season. Easy to set-up and store after the season. Had an issue when it first arrived with one of the weights being busted open during transit and needing replacing. Had difficulty getting a prompt and thorough response from customer service as they were so busy at the time. The owner himself stepped in and shipped the weight directly to me!!
