Worse customer serves and online shop I ever used!!!
On my first try, I ordered a hairdryer used 1 time and didn't like it at all. So I asked if any chance to return it. also, I do believe it wasn't new as packaged didn't look like I saw in our ghd shop. So seems like someone Returned and they just sold it again :) but my fault I didn't do a picture or video when I opened it, so couldn't prove it was used. I would understand if they just say no, you can't return your order. But I received a replay: you are welcome to return any unwanted item to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund to your original payment method.
Please be advised you will not receive a refund if you don't return the FREE GIFT The Luxe Beauty Gift DEC20 ad once the Hairdryer is returned you will no longer reach the threshold for this goody bag.

Lovely replay!!! This is the first time ever in my life shop asking to return a free gift. I do lots of online shopping: space NK, Selfridges, Feelunique and lots of other shops. How can I return a free gift if I stared to use it before I even open the hairdryer :) this is just ridiculous!! I really fought this is a joke! It’s made me feel terrible. Well, fantastic Birthday gift:) bought used Hairdryer and no chance to send it back as I couldn’t return a free gift lol
My second try: I don’t understand why I even try this Company again. But during the lockdown, I couldn’t buy face oil as only cult beauty had it in stock :) plus ordered present for a Friend birthday. Costumers service just amazing again! I made my order on the 12 of February they sent it the day after and since 14 February track didn’t change location. So I have tried to call them as emails no replay, but phone off it’s a voice message please contact email :) But on emails they never replay. As it’s like you are chatting with a robot. I sent so far 5 emails and had 2 the same replay:)

When I made my order, it’s said 2-3 working days delivery :)
Today 23 February:) I made an order early morning
12 February:) and even I texted in my email
What track location didn’t change since 14, I still have a robot replay :)
Sad I couldn’t give zero stars. As this shop deserve minus 2000000 stars. First for sale used products, second, they don’t care about Customers, lie about a delivery, never replay emails, you can’t even call them!!!
Terrible shop, terrible costumers service, if you want to waste your money don’t make you feel down try cult beauty! my advice avoid this shop.
