warm and appreciative The team was incredibly transparent, quick to respond, and wonderfully supportive throughout the process. I’m बेहद disappointed with Cult Beauty. I experienced multiple issues with my orders and contacted customer service each time with valid concerns. Instead of taking responsibility or improving their service, they chose to close my account without proper justification. I did nothing wrong other than report genuine problems. This feels like they are penalising customers for their own fulfilment issues. Closing accounts rather than fixing repeated order problems is unacceptable. I would not recommend space nk is much More customer orientated.

Very very poor customer service. The parcel is in the airport storing facility and for some reason the courier has not picked it up for a week now. No one can tell me the time frame for delivery either. Very bad attitude from Anastasija, no customer service skills.

Order arrived with several items missing. The package had been tampered with and re sealed. I contacted Cult Beauty the same day to inform them my items were missing and they suggested my neighbours could have done this when it was clearly tampered with and items removed prior to being put on my doorstep. ( I have a ring door bell) They then said they would investigate and get back to me. They did not get back to me the action they did take was to delete the order details from my account and when contacted after they said they would investigate they denied that there had been an order or a complaint. Awful company, took my money didn’t deliver the goods and dishonest.

I am extremely disappointed with the misleading promotions and poor customer service I have experienced from Cult Beauty — not once, but twice — specifically relating to promotions involving Creed samples. On 20 February 2026, I purchased a Creed fragrance costing £105.00, after Cult Beauty explicitly advertised: “Get a FREE Fragrance Bundle (Carmina, Queen of Silk, Eladaria and Aventus For Her) when you spend over £100 on brand.” This was clearly highlighted at checkout. There was no option to manually add the gift to the basket — it was presented as something that would automatically be included with qualifying purchases. I received my parcel on 21 February 2026 — and the four Creed samples were missing. When I contacted customer services via WhatsApp, I was initially told the samples had been “stated as shipped” and that a replacement would be sent. Less than 24 hours later, I was told something completely different — that the only sample attached to my order was a WHO IS ELIJAH sample, and that: “All free gifts need to be selected and added at the basket before checkout to apply.” This is simply untrue. There was no option to add the Creed fragance bundle to the basket. It was presented as an automatic promotional incentive. When I challenged this, I was then told: “It will mean it sold out before you placed your order. All free gifts are subject to availability as per our terms and conditions.” Yet the promotion was still visibly active on the website — even after my purchase — when adding a Creed fragrance to the basket. This is not the first time this has happened. The same issue occurred with the 2025 Advent Calendar, where three advertised Creed samples were missing. At that time, I was told they could not send replacements because they “didn’t have any.” So this is now a pattern: • Advertise Creed samples • Fail to include them • Claim they are subject to availability • Hide behind terms and conditions Four Creed samples retail at approximately £39.20. This is not insignificant. Promotions like this influence purchasing decisions — especially at the £100+ price point. Instead of resolving the issue or escalating my complaint, I was offered a free return (returns are free anyway), and then told that I had agreed to the terms and conditions. That is not customer service. That is deflection. If a promotion is: Subject to availability, Limited stock, Or requires manual selection, Then that must be made explicitly clear at checkout — not used as a retrospective excuse once the customer queries missing items. This feels misleading at best and deceptive at worst. For a retailer positioning itself as premium, this experience has been anything but. Loyal customers should not have to chase advertised gifts, argue over terms, or be made to feel unreasonable for expecting what was clearly promoted. I will now be formally escalating this complaint to head office and the ASA. Proceed with caution when purchasing from Cult Beauty during promotional periods.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience and feel it’s important to warn other customers. I returned a foundation from my order after discovering that the shade was significantly darker than my skin tone. The product was not used. I only opened the bottle to check the shade, which is necessary when ordering cosmetic products online. Anyone who shops for makeup knows you must open the product to verify whether it suits you. What’s even more concerning is that the foundation arrived unsealed and already open. Since there was no seal, how was I supposed to know whether someone else had already opened or used it before it reached me? Despite clearly explaining this, my return was rejected and the product was marked as “used,” which is completely unfair. I returned the item the very next day and even paid additional shipping charges to send it back. Now I’m being forced to pay for a product that is absolutely useless to me. I kept the other two items from the same order because they were perfectly fine—this was not a casual or dishonest return. For comparison, I shop frequently from Sephora, and whenever a shade doesn’t match, returns are accepted without hassle and refunds are processed within a few days. This experience was the complete opposite. Refusing a refund under these circumstances is unacceptable and feels like the company is shifting blame onto the customer. I would strongly advise others to think twice before shopping here, especially for cosmetic products, as returns may be unfairly rejected even when the item is unused. Will never shop from cult beauty now.

Extremely poor service, delay tactics, and misleading information I received a damaged order from Cult Beauty on 24th containing Oribe products. The shampoos had leaked badly, and the oil and serum were completely soaked in shampoo liquid due to poor packaging. Since the delivery date, I have contacted Cult Beauty repeatedly via email and live chat. Despite providing photos multiple times (over 20 submissions), I continue to receive the same automated response asking for images again. What makes this worse is that live chat agents confirmed 3–4 times that my refund had been issued and advised me to dispose of the damaged items. I have screenshots of these confirmations. However, these assurances have been completely disregarded in follow-up emails. I also asked several times for a return label, which was ignored. This has now been dragging on for over three weeks, with contradictory information, repeated delays, and no resolution. For a company selling premium products, this level of service is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others before ordering, especially if something goes wrong — resolving issues appears unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming.

I had a very disappointing experience with Cult Beauty. They charged me for the full order and only after taking the payment informed me that some items could not be shipped to Cyprus. What made this worse is that I was not given any option to cancel the order, even though I would never have placed it in the first place without those items. Customer support was extremely frustrating to deal with the replies felt robotic, scripted, and completely lacking empathy. This was especially disappointing as I was a loyal, long-term customer. Mistakes can happen, but the way this situation was handled shows a complete disregard for the customer experience. I will not be using this website again and cannot recommend it based on my experience.

Customer needs to fix Cult Beauty's error I made order for multiple items for 786.46 EUR. 1. It turnedout that one item was missing in their stock and they made the refund for it. 2. When I received the order it turned out that one item that cost 36.95€ is missing. They send me completely different item. I expected that they will send me immediately the correct one and provide shipping label for returning wrong item. However they informed that they will not send me the proper item unless they receive return of wrong item. They didn't provide with free return label. I have to pay for returning the item. The worst thing is that on beginning of January I am going to vacations and I will not be able to use this product. There is no chance that international parcel will be delivered to the UK and back before my journey

Extremely poor service and unresolved order Cult Beauty charged me for my order but failed to deliver the parcel to the correct address. As a result, I never received my cosmetics. Despite this being their mistake, they refuse to process a refund and instead keep sending meaningless, generic responses with no real solution. Customer support has been completely unhelpful, avoids responsibility, and does not provide clear answers or escalation to a supervisor. This is by far the worst service experience I’ve had. I do not recommend ordering from this company.

Been waiting since Monday for my order to be dispatched and still no updates on my orders cult beauty keeps saying items are in dispatch and waiting courier to collect and still no updates was given advice if items are not dispatched within five days then ask for a refund or reorder this is unlike cult beauty as they are very good normally with there service so quite confused really with what’s going on? Cult beauty where are my orders?

Terrible customer service, my parcel wasnt delivered to my address which the courier said it was. So parcel missing/ stolen and all im getting from customer service is back and forth. I have to report it to the police for a crime ref number. Its Disgusting from a big company its down to the company and courier to deal with it, not the consumer. Its caused me so much stress and anxiety. My depression has got worse

I have autoimmune disease that affects skin lungs, lymph nodes sometimes heart and kidney too. I have alopecia, and many other chronic issues. I also have my own company. I have never ever had this disrespect like Customer Service Cult beauty unacceptable behavior. I have ordered many things for years now, spending many EUR and I had that gold status very quickly. Two things came broken one palette that had glitters spread all over the mattes and one liner, they refunded this this wasn’t an issue. Once I had allergic reaction and just wanted to warn them about the product, once one crema went bananas after very short time it was very expensive. Back then their service was good before 2024. Recently I have some issue with RMS products and in their reviews ofc I am not the only one who raised the concerns. Then I got one RMS product of three used- I have metadata and I took the photos- the two others I wasn’t sure. And I got one CT stick blush with something on the sides like I just wanted to see the quantity of product and compare to Nudestix and Westman Atelier and pulling up the stick it had marks on the side. Just one side. Anyways the issue was RMS - I reported myself one product was used, I suspect another one too and third just looked in the pan too bright- then after many back and forth and messages because their customer service I think it is AI just enters and give you no response and you have to over and over again write- they refunded me for two and this persona Thomas accused me of using the product I was so mad because that was my complaint and my report! Then after like two months I asked again and they refunded me - And actually I asked and would have accepted store credit or a replacement - and apologized. Then they shut down my account without letting me know and again I had to ask and send messages and thus Thomas persona again just as if that is normal told me they shut down my account. They had and have 0 respect towards me, they never let me know this, they treat people like numbers not human being. The worst company ever. Luckily, Notino and Sephora have the same deals so I won’t be buying from them ever. I just cannot wrap my head about how they have 0 decency and respect towards their customers.

I ordered the 2025 advert calendar and had a item missing. Contact customer services who said the item would be replaced got this in writing. After a few weeks I messaged to check when would get item to add to calendar and told that not sending item and got a 10 credit instead. The item cost over 70 and was to complete the calendar. No one contacted me to say that was a issue. Very disappointed did not have this issue with space Nk or glossbox

Customer Service is non existent. Advertising claims are false. If you are expecting your bday voucher, make sure your bday has been entered 14 days before your bday - otherwise you get nothing. 3 touchpoint with customer service about this turned out to be a waste of time.

I made a large order of EUR 350 worth of products. It was a delivered to a collection place. The order seemed too light to have been complete so I opened it there and indeed EUR 320 was missing. I thought they would correct the issue. Instead they called me liar and deleted my account. The shipment notice clearly shows that the weight of the package couldn't have included all the items. I'm deeply shocked by their behaviour.

I ordered some perfume, it came smelling strongly of alcohol and it gave me a headache. I contacted them to arrange a return, but they wouldn't as they were doing an investigation. A mystery as to how they would do this investigation that apparently would take 3 days max and it had been 4 weeks with still being fobbed off, In the end I returned it myself at my cost for a refund, with still no communication about this fake investigation. Very poor company and I will take the thousands I spent with them every year elsewhere.I have asked them to close my account, I am appalled at them.
