keep getting emails asking to share my experience after a recent order and I had held off hoping to get some level of customer service to resolve an issue with delivery but sadly that hasn't happened. Evri left 2 parcels from Cult Beauty outside a closed business about 300 yards from my address. The parcels weren't signed for and when I walked down within 30 mins to pick them up, the parcels were not there. Cult Beauty asked me to fill in a claims form, which I returned swiftly. I was told to wait 3-5 days to here back....I queried this, as the customer, they can see from the proof of delivery image the parcels weren't left at my address, I requested a replacement knowing there was a free gift with purchase and sale items that would likely go out of stock whilst I had to wait for Evri to investigate. The same templated email was sent to me from different 'customer service' advisors, nobody was able to explain this process to me, only apologising and thanking me for my patience. One person told me to wait 3-5 days and the next told me to wait until 11 January...2 weeks for an update?! All of this correspondence only via email as you have no number to speak to anyone. This issue comes weeks after another issue with an Evri delivery where the parcel arrived repacked and missing 2 items. Today i received a reply confirming a replacement will be sent. Hooray! When I reply to askwhat will happen with the items now out of stock due to the delay in replacement being arranged, another person emails back thanking me for my patience whilst they investigate and asks me to continue to be patient and wait for an update from Evri?! So am I getting a replacement or not...?!? I can't stress this enough...I have been a loyal customer for many years spending £1000s with your company. Unfortunately once this issue is resolved, I'll be spending my money with companies that chose a more premium delivery service and have a better customer care team that aren't programmed to send templated emails adding negative value to the customer experience when things do go wrong. Do not recommend. Beyond frustrated having spent money, not received my orders and appalling email templates as customer service. Do better

Oh that’s too late to see this site. I am one of client being cheated by this site. It’s a scam. I paid for it and also with tax and custom . But never receive the things. When I reach the customer services , only can send message via the site but they keep repeating the reply email to ask me fill in the form which I filled in already . And never reply my questions , they can’t tell when the courier drop off the things , date and time . So it obviously it had never deliver my package . That is so crazy ! I can’t believe it said to be a luxury cosmetic site did that. And once I search online I find there are many client like me got same experience . So obviously It’s a cheating site but not just one incidents . So angry about that

Over a month arguing about missing order. CULT BEAUTY team can't provide info. where order missed and they don't give my money back for ordered products. CULT BEAUTY team asking the same questions but no help is provided over a mont. DO NOT RECOMEND TO BUY FROM HERE. SCAM.

My order went missing and contained birthday gifts. I ordered Black Friday for the deals and it seems they didn’t want to honour the prices. My parcel went missing 3 times. Each customer advisor who messaged back was treating it like a new issue and had no idea of the debacle. Shocking customer experience. I shall never use again! I still don’t have a birthday gift for my niece whose birthday was 4th December!

Their customer service and quality of products is embarrassing. I will tell anyone who will listen, to NEVER buy products from this shady company. I purchased their 2024 Advent Calendar, that was all the rage on the blogs; but what they don't tell you is if one of the products leaked and causes MOLD to break out in the calendar, and even after you submit endless photos and follow up 5x with their customer service, they basically leave you hanging. I've opened a ticket, had weeks of message exchanges with their CS, they asked for batch numbers and ghosted me. I've finally asked them nicely to either accept the return, or give me an exchange, I've given them the opportunity to make it right, and was met with SILENCE and NOTHING.

Like many other customers, I had the worst Customer Service experience possible, and I shop a lot online. For an online retailer that positions itself as luxury, this is very bad. I even asked myself if, maybe, I was being a Karen. But no, just absolute disrespect and borderline theift. Not only did I had to wait for ages for my order to be sent, but they sent a wrong product. Then they asked me to return it so they could give me a refund, AND THAT I PAY FOR THE RETURN ! And of course the only way to contact them is though the most inconvenient message box since there is no chat, email nor telephone. Also every single message was written by a different person who clearly didn't bother reading the previous ones. Talking to the customer service team felt like talking to a wall, just frustrating back and forth exchanges that led to nowhere. It's like they just want to discourage you until you lose patience and just give up. Do yourself a favour, save your money, time and energy, and shop somewhere else where they don't take you for an idiot.

I made an order on 24/11/2024 but never received I asked for refund several times but no response at all They claim that I gave them wrong address which is not right at all I sent them the address in the order to prove that it is not my fault

I’m beyond, beyond shocked at the Customer Service and overall experience I’ve had. I placed an order with next day delivery as I was going out of the country and needed to stock up on a few things, it was meant to be delivered on a Friday, Friday comes and goes, the parcel does not get delivered. I message Customer Service who initially was helpful and apologetic, telling me to reach out again if the parcel doesn’t get delivered by 9 PM and they’ll give me a refund. When I’ve had to message again, I was told to wait for 48 hours for delivery. I would’ve been out of the country in 48 hours, so I’ve had to go and spend mire money to replace the items in this. I had to sacrifice the time I was going to spend with my family to run around like a headless chicken because people couldn’t do their jobs. It’s been a week now since I’ve been trying to get my money back from them, Natalia from the customer relations team needs to be fired instantly, the girl can’t do her job to save her life. She messaged days ago saying I will be receiving a refund, no word about that since, so I followed up again and she’s suddenly asking me to confirm my email (The same one she used to email me at first, so confused why she’s asking to confirm it) to send me a label. What label and for what, only she knows.

Cult beauty has the worst costumer service ever. They do not have a live chat nor phone. You have to leave a message on their website and someone will get to you a day after ignoring everything you say and give you a vague answer. When you request a return your message simply gets ignored. Cult beauty you are not sleek, you are disgusting! I will keep spreading how horrible you are. Please avoid at ALL costs if you do not want to waste your time and money.

Customer service non existent, extremely slow delivery, packet dumped at the front door in the rain by delivery company cult beauty use, products missing, one of the products delivered was an empty packet. Will never order again. Avoid!!!

I regret to say that my experience with Cult Beauty has been nothing short of a nightmare. This company’s approach to customer service is negligent, dismissive, and, frankly, deceptive. I encountered a serious issue involving unauthorized charges and an unwanted voucher, and Cult Beauty has not only failed to resolve it but has actively avoided accountability. To recount: I initially attempted to purchase a voucher using my Swedbank card, but the transaction failed, as confirmed by an email stating that payment could not be processed. I then successfully completed the transaction using my Revolut card. To my disbelief, €50 was subsequently deducted from my Swedbank card without my consent, and a second voucher—entirely unnecessary and unwanted—was issued to me. This charge was made without any prior communication or authorization, which is both unethical and unacceptable. Since raising this issue, Cult Beauty has done nothing to address my concerns. Instead, their customer support has ignored my clear and repeated explanations, refused to acknowledge their error, and blatantly lied by claiming that the second voucher has already been used—an outright falsehood. This is not just poor service; it feels like an attempt to gaslight the customer into dropping the matter. Their failure to provide any meaningful answers or to rectify this situation is an insult to anyone who values transparency and integrity. Cult Beauty’s handling of this issue has caused unnecessary stress and wasted hours of my time. It’s appalling that a company of this size would treat its customers with such disregard. I strongly urge anyone considering shopping with Cult Beauty to think twice. If anything goes wrong, expect to be met with evasiveness, dishonesty, and zero accountability. This is not a company that values its customers or respects basic ethical standards.

This company is an absolute disgrace! I placed an order, they sent me an incorrect order with nothing I ordered in it! Instead of shipping the correct products they took a week to get back to me! Closed my account refunded the money and refused to ship to my address!!!!!!! This level of customer service is appalling, I ordered gifts for Christmas over Black Friday and they will not honour my order!

Processing my order after 4 days. Pretty sure they lost it in the warehouse. Even after contacting them every day on every platform they just refuse to pack it. Happy to go pick it up myself if it’s such a huge effort. Now they can explain my friend why she doesn’t have a birthday gift.

Cult Beauty did not deliver my order and refused to give me a refund. This is illegal and unacceptable and I will be taking it to the financial ombudsman - I advise everyone not to order from them, their customer service is awful - chat keeps crashing and customer service are so rude and unhelpful and clearly know nothing about consumer law - just want to brush you off - especially supposed "manager" Lydia she was really unprofessional and did not understand how to do her job at all.

Do not buy from here!! I am due two refunds, was told on 2 Nov that it had been processed however no refund has been received and their customer service team just keep saying it is waiting approval…after two weeks! They have advised there is no complaint process too. Avoid!!!
