Would have been no stars. Delivery of my item has given me mental health issues this week. Finally after 3 cancelled slots on 3 separate days, I got notice that it arrived not at a time slot that was given. I was in the office but could see a pic from Hermes that it was on my doorstep (not my safe place) I rushed home and of course it was not there and they’re making it difficult for me to get money back I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. Very angry at this time wasting company.
