Appalling service and delivery. Hermes said out for delivery then status suddenly changed to delayed and that's it, been in a loop of delayed, then at depot, then delayed ever since. Hundreds of pounds. Thankfully with Klarna so have reported via them. Tried to cancel and got no where, and the customer service just posts the same message over and over that nothing they can do. Will never order from them again as all of the past 4 deliveries have been the same with only 50% of them ever arriving and had to get refund via Klarna. Annoyingly they are the only stockist of what I wanted.
