I had my first order delivered today, it was within estimated shipping date and I live in Europe. Nothing was missing and everything was in the condition it should be. I was so horrified reading the reviews after I ordered. I've basically seen negative reviews for about nearly every online beauty shop, so I believe the ratings are so low because people who usually leave a review are the frustrated ones and not the happy ones. I'm far than lucky in general so I don't believe I was lucky with hundreds of orders I've made all these years from sites with very low ratings like cult beauty.
