Looks like I am having similar issue to all customers who are reviewing Cult Beauty. I used to order from them regularly and it was great. Last two orders were undelivered, tracking details provided were not working ( I suspect these orders were never sent actually). Received a refund for the first one, awaiting second refund. I found it hard to believe they actually send these orders were sent out. This used to be a good place to buy from but now it is appalling.
