There was a mess up whereby I was charged via PayPal but order not pushed from my basket. No biggie it happens, but the way they treated me afterwards!! 5 msgs on their website acct msg channel, 2 DMs in the website, a Facebook post and a messenger DM and I got the same bland “oh we are SO sorry we shall look asap” and then they never do. Absolutely appalling customer service and they take your money without goods rendered. I used to be an active customer but I will be closing my account. They never gave any good deals anyway I’m not entirely sure why I stayed.
