Absolutely terrible service. Cult refused to refund me for product I paid for but NEVER received. All they kept saying was "We've looked into it, there is no issue." I ordered 24 items, order value of £450. The package arrived incomplete, missing 7 items valued at £120. After submitting an enquiry for a refund, Cult indicated that according to their records they had shipped everything and that there was nothing else they could do. They also indicated that my web account was closed and I was no longer allowed to make purchases from Cult (as if I had done something wrong!!!!) This is the first time I have experienced customer service like this and am truly shocked.
