The box came almost completely destroyed, with tags on it from the carrier saying it was received unsealed and damaged. Why they gave it to the carrier like that in the first place, or the carrier proceeded to ship is a mystery. On receipt, the contents had leaked and the spray nozzles had detached, and one was entirely missing ( and the one that was still in the box keeps falling off after being re-attached). I sent pics and they keep emailing demanding pics of the damage TO the product, as if dried up leaks, or loss of volume in a spray bottle even COULD be depicted. They have offered NO solution other than demand more proof. I am contesting the charge and expect a full refund from the Credit Card co.
