Criminal! I received my order without the supposed gift pack and the whole box smelling of cigarette smoke. It took a whole week and a half for them arrange a return collection and since then I’ve heard nothing for two weeks! A total almost 4 weeks of chasing a refund for what was meant to be a gift ! Absolutely ridiculous and horrendous customer service! Trading Standards have been informed!
