Placed an order, cancelled it within minutes. The notification said cancellation successful, however when getting in touch with customer service apparently my order was already on the way to be dispatched and they couldn’t cancel it. My order was dispatched over 15 hours later! Now I’ll have to return it and and lose out some money on the return.
